You've Got to Stay Motivated 
When you are trying to lose weight, you may choose between 
1) Physical excercise  
2) Diet  or 
3) Healthy Food + excercise.
  
A healthy lifestyle is not a day's,  month's, or even a year's practise.  
Of course, there are barriers to a healthy lifestyle, and you must recognize them to overcome it.
