DRINKING WATER IS ESSENTIAL FOR GOOD-HEALTH!!!

The human body is made up of over 70% water.

Proper digestion and nutrient absorption depends on a healthy intake of water.Our energy level is greatly affected without correct quantity of water.

An healthy intake of water helps metabolize and shed stored fat...resulting in more energy and less fat.


The water plays an important role in our body :-

---Carry nutrients to oxygen to cells in the body.


---Means of flushing out toxins,and preventing us from diseases.Release wastes out of our body.


---Regulate our body temperature.


---Improve our metabolism.


---Protect and cushion our internal organs and joints.





The Quality of water is equally as important as the amount.
HOW MUCH WATER DO WE NEED TO DRINK???
A good estimate is to take the body weight in pounds and divide that number in half.

1) When we excercise, we must drink another eight ounces of water for every 20 minutes we are active.

2) If we drink alcohol, we should drink atleast an equal amount of water.

3)When we are travelling by air, it is good to drink 8ounces of water every hour on board.


4)If we are to live in an aird climate,we should add another two servings per day.

DRINK ENOUGH WATER!!!

It may be dificult to drink enough water on a busy day.


Let's make sure that we have water handy at all times,by keeping a bottle of water with us even when we are working,travelling or excercising.Its good to add a bit of lime/lemon for a touch of flavour.

CONSQUENCES....

Till now,we've been discussing the importance of water in our day-to-day lives.
Now let's have a look as what will be the consequences if the intake of water is not proper.

---Headache / Migraine (As 75% of the brain is composed of water).

---Constipation.

---Fatigue.

---Dry mouth / Dry Skin

---Dizziness.


---Muscle cramps.

---Kidney problems.
